Consent Decree Modification: Total Environmental Solutions (TESI) Violations of the Clean Water Act (CWA)

This document is the Agreement and Order Regarding Modification of the Consent Decree with Respect to Total Environmental Solutions (TESI) filed Sept. 30, 2016. The origional consent decree was filed on Dec. 21, 2000. This enforcement action is due to violations of the Clean Water Act (CWA) by Total Environmental Solutions (TESI).
