Consent Decree: North Alcoa Superfund Site RD/RA CD

On February 6, 2014, a consent decree was approved by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois that requires cleanup work worth $24.9 million to address 3 million cubic yards of contaminated soil at the North Alcoa Site in East St. Louis, Ill.
