Consent Decree: Rehrig-United International Superfund Site Settlement for Past Costs

On March 14, 2013, EPA announced that Bank of America (BoA) agreed to reimburse the Agency $80,398 for its portion of the emergency response costs incurred by EPA at the Rehrig-United International Superfund Site in Chesterfield County, Va.
