Consent Decree in settlement with Slawson Exploration Company, Inc., for violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA) in North Dakota. The settlement address issues relating to inadequate design, operation, and maintenance of vapor control systems used to control emissions from Slawson’s storage tank batteries at oil and natural gas production well pads.
