This is the policy for Enforcement Response Policy (ERP) for Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Container and Containment Regulations Appendix H. This ERP satisfies the requirement in Appendix A of the FIFRA Enforcement Response Policy (Dec. 2009) to establish gravity levels for violations of FIFRA Section 19.
