Guidance: CERCLA Future Response Costs: Settlement, Billing and Collection

Memorandum addresses some of the most common issues that arise with the billing and collection of future response costs. The information presented in the memorandum is largely based on the May 2001 model RD/RA consent decree language (superseded). Deviations from the model may lead to other strategies for billing and collection of future response costs. Issued 6/20/2002.
