The transmittal memorandum includes several model/sample documents, as follows:

• Reclassification Memorandum [and Transfer and/or Closeout] (=/> $200K)
• Transfer Memorandum [and Closeout] (=/> $200K)
• CFC Closeout Email

The memorandum supersedes the memorandum requirement and contacts required in the 1/21/2009 “Model Memoranda for Transferring Funds from a Special Account to the Superfund Trust Fund and Closing Out a Special Account” and the 1/23/2009 “Revised Guidance on Reclassification of Superfund Special Accounts."
