Memorandum specifies the updates made to Section VIII (Property Requirements) and other minor modifications to the September 29, 2014 version of the model Remedial Design/Remedial Action Consent Decree (RD/RA) under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
