Order: Dico and Titan Tire

On February 24, 2014, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa awarded EPA $1.62 million in penalties and more than $1.4 million in punitive damages for noncompliance with a Superfund cleanup order associated with the Dico, Inc. facility in Des Moines, Iowa.
