Sade Shofidiya, 2019 EMI Student Panelist

Meet Sade Shofidiya, Educate Motivate Innovate (EMI) panel at the 2019 National Environmental Justice Conference.

Sade is a master’s candidate in Business Administration at Savannah State University. She is passionate about interdisciplinary research with an educational background that includes Information Technology and Psychology degrees. Sade's environmental stewardship began at the age of 11 and she worked for an environmental agency immediately following high school.  She is also passionate about honeybees and has started a non-profit, Foster Beelief, that promotes honeybee education, research, and awareness. Her project for the EMI Workshop examined the Foster Beelief's Educational Outreach Program.
