Technical Guidance for Hazardous Analysis, Emergency Planning for Extremely Hazardous Substances

This guide supplements NRT-1 by providing technical assistance to Local Emergency Planning Committees to assess the lethal hazards related to potential airborne releases of extremely hazardous substances as designated under Section 302 of Title Ill of SARA. Anyone using this guide also needs to acquire and use NRT-1.
