Where to Sign Paper Tier II Form

Pursuant to 40 CFR 370.42(a), the owner or operator filling out the federal EPCRA Tier II Inventory Form must certify that all information included in the Tier II submission is true, accurate, and complete. The instructions indicate that an original signature is required on at least the first page of the submission, and subsequent pages must contain either an original signature or a signature stamp. The first page of the form has a space to sign the form; however, the second page does not have a signature space. Where should the owner or operator sign the second page (and subsequent page(s), if applicable) of the federal EPCRA Tier II Inventory Form?

The instructions do not specify a location on subsequent page(s) where the owner or operator filling out the form must provide either the original signature or signature stamp, so long as the certification is completed. The owner or operator filling out the form should also check with the state for specific certification and submission requirements.
