EPA’s Selected Analytical Methods for Environmental Remediation and Recovery (SAM) lists this method for preparation of solid samples to be analyzed for acrylonitrile, allyl alcohol, carbon disulfide, 2-chloroethanol, 1,2-dichloroethane, ethylene oxide, 2-fluoroethanol, gasoline range organics, methyl acrolonitrile, propylene oxide and 1,4-thioxane.
