Purpose/Objective:

This document addresses laboratory disposal of samples and associated analytical waste unique to remediation activities following a homeland security incident when SAM methods would be applied, and assumes specific environmental sample types (i.e., water, soil, particulates, and air) that will be analyzed by laboratories using the methods listed in SAM.
