EPA’s Selected Analytical Methods for Environmental Remediation and Recovery (SAM) lists this method for preparation and analysis of drinking water and post decontamination waste water samples for Cryptosporidium spp., and for analysis of Cryptosporidium spp. in prepared aerosol, particulate and soil samples.
