Applicants must include a cover letter with their grant application, signed by an authorized organizational representative (AOR). This document provides an overview of the Cover Letter and an optional template. This document is comprised of parts of Appendix E and Appendix G of the FY20 Exchange Network Grant Solicitation Notice.
