Applicants must include a project narrative or work plan which describes their proposed project in detail and clearly addresses each grant scoring criterion as outlined in Section V-A Evaluation Criteria of the FY20 EN Solicitation Notice (SN). Grant review panels score applications based on how well they meet these criteria. This document provides an overview and outline of the Project Narrative, tips for writing a successful project narrative, and an optional template. This document is comprised of parts of Appendix E and Appendix H of the FY20 Exchange Network Grant Solicitation Notice.
