Use the permit forms below for agricultural burning on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation or the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation under EPA's Federal Air Rules for Reservations (FARR).
An agricultural burn is the burning of vegetative debris from an agricultural activity that is necessary for disease or pest control, or for crop propagation and/or crop rotation. This includes conservation reserve program (CRP) fields.
Forestry-related, small and large open burns require a different permit. Firefighter trainings require a large open burn permit. For more information, visit Tribal Burn Permit Programs on the Nez Perce and Umatilla Indian Reservations.
