EPA is calling for nominations for the fourth annual “National Federal Facility Excellence in Site Reuse” award. The award to recognizes the teams that supported the reuse and restoration of Federal Facility sites through outstanding efforts. Many federal agencies; developers; state, local, and tribal partners; and communities have worked closely with EPA to ensure that sites are remediated to promote continued property use or support a site reuse. The award is divided into four categories: 1) National Priorities List (NPL) sites, 2) NPL Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) sites, 3) non-NPL sites, and 4) non-NPL BRAC sites. The awardees will be announced in Spring 2021.
