    East Valley Water District (EVWD) in San Bernardino, California obtained state disaster funds under the California Disaster Assistance Act. California provided funds in addition to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance funds. FEMA funds covered 75% of the utility repair costs.
