Groundwater Interim Measures Work Plan for the Former Chemical Plant

May 2012 Groundwater IMWP, revised per EPA's approval, focuses on the installation of a groundwater containment system to mitigate groundwater migration from the former plant. A prior 2002 work plan is included in its entirety in Appendix B, and referenced as needed.
