How to Report Quarterly and Annually for Fuel and Fuel Additive Registrations (FFARs)
Below is a step-by-step process for submitting reports for fuels and fuel additives as required by 40 CFR Part 79.

Follow these three steps to report fuel and fuel additives.
STEP 1: Determine deadlines.
Reports are submitted either quarterly or annually.
STEP 2: Download and complete reports.
Determine which reports you need to submit using the categories below.
Fuel Additive Reports
- Form 3520-13A: Fuel additive manufacturer annual report
(rows for up to 16 additives)
- Form 3520-13B: Supplemental fuel additive manufacturer annual report
(additional rows for more than 16 additives)
STEP 3: Mail report(s) to the appropriate address.
