Mobile refuelers will be subject to the prohibitions against misfueling like a retailer. However, we do not require them to label their truck storage tanks since the product may change. They would also be liable for contaminating any 15 ppm fuel such that it no longer met the standard. They are required to deliver an accurate product transfer document to the customer.
