This presentation provides guidance on Separated Food Waste Plans (SFWPs). It is intended to help registered renewable fuel producers and foreign ethanol producers to comply with registration and engineering review (ER) updates required by Title 40 CFR Part 80.1450. SFWPs are required for all companies registered with either of the following feedstocks: biogenic waste oils/fats/greases (160) or non-cellulosic portions of separated food waste (350).
