Fuels Registration, Reporting, and Compliance Help

Reporting for Gasoline Programs

There are two types of reporting under Gasoline programs:

Reporting Transactions in EMTS

The EPA Moderated Transaction System (EMTS) is used to track and manage Fuels Averaging, Banking, and Trading (ABT) transactions under the Gasoline Programs for sulfur and benzene.

Reporting Quarterly and Annually

Gasoline fuel producers and importers are required to report quarterly and/or annually to comply with Reformulated Gasoline and Anti-dumping and Gasoline Sulfur regulations.
