New version for RFS Activity Report: RFS0105
Organizations will be required, per 40 CFR 80.1451, to upload RFS0105 into the Fuels Reporting system (DCFUEL) beginning with 2020 Quarter 1 Reporting. RFS0104 should be submitted for compliance year 2019 and earlier.
The deadline for 2020 Quarter 1 reporting is June 1, 2020.
The RFS0104 is a quarterly report that is submitted by RIN generators, renewable fuel exporters, obligated parties, and RIN owners only.
Submitters report RIN activity during the quarter, including the number of RINs bought, sold, and retired, and the total number of RINs owned at the end of the quarter.
