The RFS1600 is a quarterly report that is submitted by RIN generators. Submitters report additional information about blender contact under 80.1451(b)(ii)(T). Specifically, this includes any producer generating RINs for renewable fuel that is NOT ethanol, biodiesel, renewable gasoline, renewable diesel that meets ASTM D 975-13a Grade No. 1-D or No. 2-D specifications, renewable CNG or LNG, or renewable electricity.
