This guide can be used by independent third-party professional engineers (PEs) who will be submitting the engineering review (ER) report using the ER web form in OTAQREG. This method of ER submission is only available for renewable fuel or foreign ethanol producers that have already been issued a company ID in the OTAQREG system.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  As of April 1, 2018, all updated ERs must be submitted to EPA by the PE using the OTAQREG ER web form.
