When does the independent sampling and testing requirement begin?

The independent sampling and testing requirements apply to each batch of RFG that is produced or imported, unless an in-line blending waiver has been obtained. As a result, the independent sampling and testing requirements begin for any refiner or importer when the first batch of RFG is produced or imported during the Fall of 1994, in preparation for bringing terminals up to the RFG standards by December 1, 1994.(7/1/94)
