Will foreign refiners be allowed to use a sulfur test other than D-2622 in order to verify specification?

Foreign refiners are not regulated parties under the reformulated gasoline regulations, issued on 12/15/93. Importers of foreign gasoline are required to test the gasoline using the regulatory methods, including the regulatory test method for sulfur.(7/1/94)
