The Subpart I Tables document is intended as a reference list of all tables contained in Subpart I. The tables in Subpart I include information on default emission factors for threshold applicability determination, examples of fluorinated GHGs used by the electronics industry, default emission factors for gas utilization rates and by-product formation rates, default emission destruction or removal efficiency factors and stack testing.
