Summary: EPA’s Office of Atmospheric Programs is soliciting applications that advance the fields of economic and integrated assessment modeling of various kinds of air pollution. Specifically, this notice solicits proposals to improve modeling of the intersection of economics, energy, and the environment, by convening meetings of global expert modelers and sponsoring modeling studies and comparisons. The total estimated five-year funding for this competitive opportunity is approximately $750,000. EPA anticipates awarding one cooperative agreement from this announcement, subject to availability of funds, the quality of applications received, and other applicable considerations.
