Office of Grants and Debarment	September 7, 2018	RAIN-2018-G04: Micro-Purchase and Simplified Acquisition Threshold for Procurements by EPA Assistance Agreement Recipients and Subrecipients	Increases the reporting threshold to $250,000 and to provide that the threshold will be automatically revised whenever the Simplified Acquisition Threshold at 2 CFR 200.88 or successor regulations is adjusted.
