These solicitation clauses are important and applicants must review them when preparing applications under solicitations.

For Solicitations that Close on or after December 29, 2020

• EPA Solicitation Clauses (2020/12/29):  Applies to solicitation that close on or after December 29, 2020.

• EPA Solicitation Clauses (2020/12/16):  Applies to solicitations that close between December 16, 2020 and December 28, 2020, inclusive.
• EPA Solicitation Clauses (2020/11/25): Applies to solicitations that close on or before December 15, 2020.
