EPA has established the following final policy governing disclosure of actual and potential conflicts of interest (COI Policy) by applicants for, and recipients of, federal financial assistance awards from EPA. This policy is intended to prevent personal and organizational conflict of interests in the award and administration of EPA financial assistance.
