Green Street Charrette and Concept Design Report for Huntington, West Virginia

EPA’s Region 3 provided resilient design assistance support to the Huntington, West Virginia Stormwater Utility for a four-block section of Madison Avenue in the Central City neighborhood. The technical assistance was designed to help educate the stormwater utility, local elected officials, and stakeholders about the benefits of green infrastructure and move a community through a process of assessment and planning with the ultimate objective of creating a concept design plan for green infrastructure opportunities within the Madison Avenue corridor that can be used to seek funding for implementation.
