GPP Webinar: Solar Utilization in Higher Education Networking & Information Sharing Group: Financing Issues Discussion

Thursday, March 10, 2016
1:00-2:30 p.m. (EST)
EPA's Green Power Partnership (GPP)

Colleges and universities are increasingly interested in deploying solar technologies to power their campuses. However, financing, RFP, contract, administrative, and policy barriers can get in the way of project development. To address this problem, EPA convened a group of higher education stakeholders to discuss, identify and share solutions to solar project development barriers. As a follow-up to the initial Solar Utilization in Higher Education Networking and Information Sharing webinar, EPA convened a financing and project economics issues discussion to strengthen its understanding around the key financing-related solar project development barriers of individual institutions.
