Cycle of Standards, Designations, and Implementation for Ozone

EPA updates the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS), setting the acceptable limit for ozone pollution measured in your outdoor air. Then, EPA analyzes the air quality data and goes about designating each area of the United States as either attaining the standard or not.
