Group of Four Hydrofluoropolyethers (HFPEs) No Longer Regulated as a Volatile Organic Compound

February 12, 2013 - EPA issued a final rule that excludes of a group of four Hydrofluoropolyethers (HFPEs) from regulation as a VOC under the Clean Air Act. This will remove the HFPEs from the control requirements in order to meet the ozone NAAQS.
