EPA issued a decision to not list wastes generated from the use of 14 solvents as hazardous wastes under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The rule limits this determination to specific solvent wastes and is not a determination that the underlying chemicals are nontoxic in all circumstances of use or discard.
