This document describes EPA's Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) exclusions to hazardous waste regulations. These requirements are located in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) at section 261.4(b). The requirements laid out in this reference document are organized in the same manner as the regulations.
