Cleanup Status

EPA and Pennsylvania Department of Environment (PADEP)  visited the the facility and meet with company representatives in March 2017.  After the visit  in March 2017, EPA determined that Environmental Indicators (Human Exposures under Control and Groundwater Migration) have been met.

 On May 4, 2017,  EPA issued a Corrective Action Statement of Basis which stated that  "concentrations of hazardous constituents identified in the soil and soil gas are within EPA's Regional Screening Level risk range for residential use; and concentrations ofhazardous constituents identified in groundwater are all below EPA's Maximum Contaminant Level national p1imary drinking water standards. Therefore, there are no risks to human health or the environment for any use at this Facility. "
