Cleanup Status
This facility is one of EPA Region III's high priority Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) corrective action sites and EPA has determined that both the Human Exposure and Groundwater Environmental Indicators have been met. On May 6, 1999, EPA determined that both the Human Exposures and Groundwater Environmental Indicators have been met.
The facility has completed the RCRA corrective action requirements and a Statement of Basis has been completed. The Agency has determined, based on available information, that there are no unaddressed releases of hazardous waste or hazardous constituents from the facility. On December 1999, the EPA issued a Final Corrective Action Determination that Corrective Actions are complete with controls.
