With this July 10, 1992 Federal Register notice, EPA is correcting the revision to the exclusion from subtitle C regulation for arsenical-treated wood and wood products that was revised inappropriately in the preamble to the March 29, 1990 rule. This final rule also deletes two additional references in the Code of Federal Regulations to the Extraction Procedure Toxicity Characteristic and replaces them with references to the Toxicity Characteristic.
