On April 1, 1983, EPA published regulations which reorganized the presentation of permitting and state program requirements of the Hazardous Waste Management Program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The April 1st rulemaking intended to make the regulations easier to understand and use by physically deconsolidating the Agency's Consolidated Permit Regulations. With this notice, EPA amended those regulations to correct minor typographical errors, incorrect cross-references and similar technical errors.
