EPA extended the comment period for certain portions of a rule proposed on July 1, 1991 (volume 56 of the Federal Register starting on page 30201) until October 14, 1991. The proposed rule would amend several provisions of the financial responsibility regulations at Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) parts 264 and 265 subpart F, which were promulgated under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). This extension only applied to the provisions of the proposed rule related to the corporate financial test revisions. The Agency also made additional data available for public comment in the docket.
