This action makes several technical clarification amendments and corrections to the final rule for boilers and industrial furnaces burning hazardous waste. The final rule was published on February 21, 1991 (volume 56 of the Federal Register starting on page 7134). These revisions provide clarification and correct unintended consequences of the rule.
