Federal Register Notice: Final Rule on Standards for Closure/Post-Closure and Financial Responsibility Requirements for Owners and Operators of Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities

On March 19, 1985, EPA proposed to amend portions of the closure and post-closure care and financial responsibility requirements applicable to owners and operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs) (volume 50 of the Federal Register starting on page 11068). This rule promulgates the amendments in final form.
