Federal Register Notice: Final Rule on Standards for Owners and Operators of Hazardous Waste Miscellaneous Units

EPA promulgated a new set of standards under Subpart X of Part 264 in title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The standards are applicable to owners and operators of new and existing hazardous waste management units not covered under the existing regulations. This enabled the Agency, and the States that adopt equivalent authorities, to issue permits to miscellaneous waste management units.
