Federal Register Notice: Proposal to Modify the Standards for Drip Pads and Hazardous Waste Wood Preservation Listings

On December 5, 1991, EPA proposed to amend the regulations for hazardous waste management under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) by modifying the standards for drip pads found in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations in Subpart W and modifying the listings of F032, F034, and F035. This notice also proposed to modify the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) list of hazardous substances, in order to reflect the aforementioned proposed modifications of the F032, F034 and F035 hazardous waste listings.
